Mr. Hossain is the partner of this partner and has more than 15 years’ experience in private client work, specializing in Criminal Laws, Immigration & nationality laws, Civil laws, Landlord & Tenant, and family laws. He has been working in this area since he qualified and has helped hundreds of families and individuals.
Mr. Hossain qualified as a solicitor in 2014 after gaining a First in Law from the University of London and gaining QLTT from Kaplan. He cross-qualified to become a solicitor and worked at different firms before moving on to join our firm in 2014. He became a partner in 2018. In his legal career, Mr Hossain also served the Judicial Ministry of the Republic of Bangladesh as Assistant Judge at the First Instance Court of the Civil matters.
Mr. Hossain has also completed several professional development courses in Criminal Laws, Immigration & nationality laws, Landlord & Tenant, and family laws.
He is a fearless advocate in the Immigration & Asylum Tribunal where he undertakes privately funded work. His willingness to contest for his clients in court has ensured he has an excellent success rate in winning Tribunals.

Mr. Chowdhury was called to the Bar as a Barrister in 2007 and later on cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He worked in different law firms in London before joining our firm in 2014. He became a partner in 2018.

Mr. Chowdhury is a very well-known face within the Bangladeshi community and often appears on legal advice programmes on Bangladeshi TV channels in the UK. He was also a regular guest on legal advice programme on ‘Betar Bangla’- a highly followed radio channel for Bangladeshi community in the UK.

Mr. Chowdhury keeps his knowledge and skills updated by regularly attending several Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses in Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Landlord & Tenant dispute matters, and Will & Probate Law.

Mohammed Noorus Safa is a Registered Foreign Lawyer at Liberty Legal Solicitors as he is a practising Advocate in the Bangladesh Supreme Court. He completed LLB(Hons) degree from the University of London. He has also completed LL.M on International Human Rights and Development from London South Bank University. He specialises in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Laws.

Md Obaidul Islam is a Solicitor at Liberty Legal Solicitors having qualified in 2024. He has a degree in Law from the University of Wales and completed Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University.
Mr. Islam takes interest in all areas of law with particular interest to Immigration Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Landlord & Tenancy matters. Mr. Islam has gained extensive experience in numerous areas of Immigration Law including Human Rights applications, detention cases preventing client’s removal from the UK, appeal matters as well as preparing Judicial Review applications to challenge Home Office decisions. He regularly gets instructed on family matters that includes complex children matters. He has a strong interest in developing his skillset in Civil Litigation and has quickly gained experience in this area, successfully advising our clients since qualifying.

Mr Hoque obtained his law degree (LLB-Hons) from the University of Wales in 2013. After completing his LLB (Hons), he completed a master’s in Crime and Litigation at London South Bank University in 2014.
